The geographical scope of this promotion is the United States.

Prize: MARRIOTT will award one (1) Prize monthly, consisting of three (3) nights' accommodations with spectacular pool view. The approximate retail value of Prize is up to $1,000. Winners are solely responsible for all expenses and charges not specified above as part of the Prize, including but not limited to: any transportation, meals, beverages, taxes, gratuities, souvenirs, hotel services, side trips, excursions and incidentals. Resort may require a credit card or cash deposit to cover incidental expenses. If the value of the Prize is less than $1,000, winner will not be entitled to the difference in value. MARRIOTT reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Any such change will be announced. One (1) name will be drawn on or about the last day of each month. Prize Restrictions/Consumer Disclosure: Prizes may not be extended, transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except that MARRIOTT may substitute prize of equal or greater value if it deems necessary. No amendments or changes to travel plans will be accepted once the booking has been made, except in the discretion of MARRIOTT. Award certificates issued are valid for one (1) year; expiration cannot be extended. Certain Hotel restrictions and other blackout periods may apply. MARRIOTT will not arrange or pay for conduct that would be considered illegal or immoral in the United States. MARRIOTT will furnish to the Internal Revenue Service any required tax reporting forms relating to the award of any prize, including Form 1099-MISC. How to Enter: Entries may be submitted online. Drawing to determine the winners will be held on or about the last day of each month. MARRIOTT is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, or incomplete entries or for entries that for any reason are not received by MARRIOTT. All entries become the property of MARRIOTT. Selection of Winners: Subject to the eligibility requirement in these Official Rules, the one (1) participant whose entry is randomly selected each month will win the Prize. MARRIOTT will notify the winner by registered mail in accordance with the information provided on the winner's online entry form. Before receiving any prize and as a condition of receiving such prize, winner must provide valid photo identification featuring his or her name, date of birth, and address as it appeared on the entry form supplied, provide his or her social security number, offer proof of proper age and residency in the United States (except Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico and Guam), and sign an affidavit of eligibility and release supplied by MARRIOTT that, among other disclaimers, releases MARRIOTT, and a range of subsidiaries, directors, agents, agencies, affiliates, advertisers, promoters, officers, directors, employees and related persons from any and all liability related to this Program and the receipt and use of the prize. Winner also may be required to sign other legal documents (including tax forms). Failure to sign the affidavit of eligibility and release, without making changes, and to return same to MARRIOTT within 14 days after receipt of documents will result in disqualification, forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. In the event a winner is not eligible, cannot be reached in accordance with the information on the entry form, does not submit the signed affidavit, or does not accept the prize, an alternate winner may be chosen by random drawing from entries received. Any such alternate winner must meet and comply with all of the foregoing rules and eligibility restrictions applicable to winner. In the event an alternate winner is chosen and is not eligible or does not accept the prize, no further drawings will occur and the prize will not be awarded. Eligibility: Program is open to legal residents of the United States (except for Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico and Guam) who are at least 18 years old at time of entry, as confirmed on valid photo identification. Employees of MARRIOTT and of their affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers, advertisers, promoters, and agents, and the immediate families of the employees of any of these, are not eligible. The term "immediate family" includes only spouses, parents, and children. Each winner's traveling companions must be at least 18 years of age unless winner is a parent or legal guardian of the traveling companion. Miscellaneous: All federal, state and local laws apply. Participants need not be present to win. MARRIOTT shall be entitled to interpret these rules as needed - including but not limited to rules regarding entries, selection of winner and eligibility. All decisions are final. MARRIOTT reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Program or any part of this Program should any causes beyond MARRIOTT'S control corrupt or impair the security, administration, fairness and/or operation of this Program as determined by MARRIOTT in its sole discretion. MARRIOTT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it reasonably suspects or believes to be tampering with the entry process or the award mechanism, or to be acting in violation of these rules. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with this Program in any way will be ineligible to prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Consent To Use of Information: Participants specifically acknowledge and agree that MARRIOTT may utilize information obtained from participants in order to contact participants and/or to offer MARRIOTT'S products or services. By accepting Prize, winner and winner's traveling companions consent to the use of their names and photographs (including the use and appearance of their photographs on MARRIOTT'S web page) in this and future promotions and publicity without further compensation, except where prohibited.
